Found on the underside of overhanging (elevated from the ground approximately 2 ft.) decorticated hardwood. Yellow, becoming more orange when dry, cylindric with tapered ends, some fruiting bodies forked near apex. Very small, 4-6 mm tall, 1-3 mm wide, jelly-like.
