Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Single basidiome found on soil/humus in mixed mesophytic forest. Cap 2 cm, fibrillose, dry, yellow-brown, ocreaceous, stipe 6 cm, spore print tan (dull orange-brown) similar to Tubaria confragosa print. Lamellae attached, yellow.
Tissues negative in KOH

Recognized by sight: Yellow lamellae and what looks to be the darkening lower part of the stipe. In my experience I. luteifolia has a darker pileus—mainly reddish tawny.
