Cladonia scabriuscula — tips should be sorediate
Cladonia squamosa — squamules should be smaller, tips should be perforate
Cladonia ecmocyna — might not occur in Europe??
Cladonia furcata — young forms can have this many squamules, but it’s a stretch

Chemistry can help: P and UV test, especially.
