Recognized by sight: Also called the “wood woolly foot” – although, yours seem to only have slight remnants of the woolly on stipe base. Cap, gills and habitat are correct for this species. This species is currently abundant in the PNW under Doug fir.

if you would include locations rather than just the general State in which you are recording observations. Not very helpful without it. Great spore information tho! Nice work :)
