Notes: Size: 15cm
Yellow “dot” clearly visible when sliced in two
Odor: unpleasant
White base, going deep in soil
Found in parc, on earth with not much grass, under beech

Think it’s just a sign of rot or from the mould. Never looked at that with my own finds of Mycogone.

Wow I am impressed – this looks like it. Indeed, many amanita rubescens in that area for the moment.

I forgot to mention the high density / heaviness of the “ball”. Similar to potato.

The distinctive yellow spot has an explanation ?
