Grow: on the ground (I couldnt notice if there was any wood underground, stem went deep in the ground)

looks like Hypomyces chrysospermum parasitizing Boletus chrysenteron. Lincoff in The Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Mushrooms shows a very nice picture of fully parasitized H. chrysospermus next to B. chrysenteron.
