Observation 99982: Menegazzia terebrata (Hoffm.) A. Massal.

HABITAT mixed birch-conifer forest on gentle north slopes at top of mountain; SUBSTRATE Betula bark; ASPECT partly sunny.

I still don’t apparently know the difference between M. terebrata and M. subsimilis. But this is the closest I’ve ever seen to what M. terebrata is supposed to look like…
