Cap diameter 2.4 cm, grayish-brown, centre dark ochre, slightly viscid.
Stipe 3 × 0.4 cm, gills brown.
Cheilocystidia 30-47 × 5-8 × 3-4 × 5-6.5 µm.
Spores 10-13 × 5-7 µm, [moreless] citriform, with distinct ornamentation, strongly dextrinoid [Melzer].
Habitat: in grass.
