This is must probably a Hypocrea

on the first pic you see the yellow fungus growing over a black crust – I believe this to be some Exidia. I know that Hypocrea sulphurea in Europe loves to grow over old or sometimes even fresh Exidia glandulosa …

it looks more like a Hypoxylon or may be a Hypocreales
