The material was sent for sequencing as part of a large shipment in late 2015.

we have been getting the raw data back around 100 reads at a time. This was the same time that your other material was sent for sequencing. We have received raw data for the other three collections you gave me. DSN005 failed to produced useful data. We have recently discussed the other two (the species of Vaginatae and the specimen that seems to be alliiodora). No data on sequencing for DSN141 has come back as of yet. Several more hundred reads are promised to come over the next few months with a break in the summer and a return to deliveries in the fall.

Very best,

Danny, I have half of the collection.

Checking further. For some reason, some data bases don’t want me to know DSN141 is in the data base. My accession number is 637-1. That will be a better way to find things…maybe.

I am assuming the spores are amyloid.

I don’t think I’ve seen this one.

At least I can’t quickly find notes.
