Notes:
Growing at the same place and probably the same species as in observation 287879

Cap reddish brown when young, pale greenish brown with age, dry, cuticle 2/3 peelable toward the center, cuticle of worm‐eaten parts becoming reddish; gills cream when young, becoming yellow ocher with age, brittle, thick, lamellula absent, rarely branching, intervenose, edges entire, taste mild at first to acrid; stipe white, tapered at the base, odor mild, taste mild to acrid; pileipellis having hair-like, branching elements; spore print yellow ocher

This specimen doesn’t match R. cuprea, which has pileipellis elements with finger-like projections.
