Observation 338389: Pholiota brunnescens A.H. Sm. & Hesler

Viscid/glutinous orange brown cap with paler margin and marginal veil remnants; white then gray brown gills; pallid to yellowish context; whitish stem with pruinose apex above brown ring zone and yellowish fibrils below. On ground in burn area. Spruce/fir/pine habitat. Subjected to recent torrential rains.
