Notes:
Growing on the underside of a Prunus serotina stick with Xenasmatella vaga, an Arachnopeziza sp., and an unknown heterobasidiomycete. Nearby trees were Fagus grandifolia, Quercus spp., Carya spp. and Acer spp. Pinkish gelatinous fruiting body. Monomitic with simple-septate generative hyphae. Cystidia absent. Basidia 4-sterigmate with swollen epibasidia. Spores smooth and germinating by repetition. Spore measurements: (5.9) 6.1 – 7.6 (7.9) × (4.1) 4.7 – 6.5 (6.6) µm, Q = 1 – 1.5 (1.7); N = 21, Me = 6.7 × 5.4 µm; Qe = 1.3
