On the cap, stem, base. Did you notice any scent?

checked it underside, surprise black gills = agaricus

I should of clarified.

I need to see the whole stem, specifically the base and part below the annulus. Leucoagaricus leucothites has an bulbous base while L. barssii has tapered base with the stem enlarged above.

The second specimen also looks smoother then the first.

i dont think L barssii is present here, however it is possible that the grass it is groing on have been imported.

The cap is not smooth enough, it looks similar to Leucoagaricus barssii, but I am not sure if that grows in your area and its hard to say without seeing the stem.
