You should edit the obs and choose another default thumb nail image to use, the default has been lost here, and there isn’t a default image in lists of the obs.

Mixed photos?

Looks like a mixed collection. the first photo shows some young fruiting bodies with light gills and resembles Panellus stipticus. The other two photos look correct.
