We cannot handle hundreds of thousands of requests, even of low impact pages like “show_observation”, let alone expensive requests like image searches. If you are trying to scrape data from Mushroom Observer, please contact the webmasters (webmaster@mushroomobserver.org). We are here to help. There are far better ways to access our data than to scrape the website with robots or python scripts.
