Notes: Large open park with various hardwood and conifer plantings (circa late 1990’s) healthy growth of Salix, Thuja and Alder species. Two large football/ soccer fields and a baseball diamond, multiple walking trails(cemented) and used commonly for dog walking. The thick Maple/Alder/cottonwood growth lines the Deschutes river bend for about half a mile towards the Tumwater Valley. There are many primative walking trails that line the river and have access to beaches.
