Notes: Founded in 1960 with 39 acres including the museum, the park now includes most of London’s holdings and is a National Historic Landmark.
The park’s 1400 acres include the Beauty Ranch, Cottage, House of Happy Walls Museum, Wolf House ruins, and more than 20 miles of trails. The park is located in Glen Ellen, California, about 1.5 hours north of San Francisco, in Sonoma County between the towns of Sonoma and Santa Rosa.
The property covers land on the eastern slope of Sonoma Mountain.
The park has a $10 entry fee. Mushroom collecting is not allowed without a permit.
Predominant coverage is oak, fir, grassland, some madrone.
