put Lentinus (which includes both gilled and pored species) in the Polyporaceae.

I admittedly know little of fungi. A lamellate specimen I recently found was just placed in Lentinus, and now I’m wondering: if Lentinus belongs in the family Polyporaceae, shouldn’t the species in this genus need to have pores, rather than lamellae?
