Also, A. umbrinolutea var. flaccida is NOT a variety of A. umbrinolutea, but a distinct species with a red-colored volval sac. I have examined the type of “var. flaccida” as well as published a modern revision of A. umbrinolutea. My judgment about “var. flaccida” is based on these research experiences.
