Pileus: white, 1-5 cm wide, convex to plane, margin uplifted at times; viscid, glabrous,disc may be tinged yellow or tan, flesh white, soft, thin, odor aromatic or of licorice, taste mild.
Gills: white, adnate to subdecurrent, subdistant, furcate near the margin.
Stipe: white, 2-8 cm long, 1-9 mm thick, solid, equal or tapering down, glabrous, apex may be slightly pruinose,
