PILEUS
- cap up to 2.3 cm broad
- conical to bell-shaped
- glabrous
- blue-gray in color
ODOR/TASTE

LAMELLAE
- mature lamellae spaced up to 3 mm in width
- black
STIPE
- stem up to 65 × 3 mm in size
- cylindrical, glabrous, white to yellowish-white
- may not discoloring upon injury
