The cited paper appears to be in the Czech language. The only Czech-speaking mycologist I can think of who also speaks English is Borovicka. He may be able to provide you with an English translation of at least this name.

Confused – Not in IF + shouldn’t this be an autonym?

The citation here looks legit and on Google I find dozens of sources referring to this section… but it’s not on IndexFungorum or MycoBank. Furthermore, it looks like it’s based on/includes R. emetica, the type species of Russula… so as far as I can tell it should never have been named; it’s a synonym of Russula sect. Russula.

Any help?
