No longer synonymous with C. holocarpa

According to K. Knudsen (pers. comm. 8/2012) true C. holocarpa is a narrowly-defined taxon that hasn’t even been recorded from North America yet. Instead C. pyracea is the best name to use for the “holocarpa group” in North America.
