General Description:

Cap 6-13 cm, reddish with orange colors,
Gills white at first becoming cream yellow or grayish,
Spore print pale yellow-cream or even pale yellow orange,
Stalk 4.5 cm tall by 1-4 thick, white,
Flesh white not staining or bruising,
Taste mild-acrid,


Habitat:

mixed woods (conifers and deciduous)


Notes:

said to = R. integra Fr. p.p. but so is R. velenovskyi, said to = R. integra
This is rather a hard one to identify.

Need to clarify the concept relative to these two taxa to complete this description.
