Most likely Russula mairei

If the taste is very hot, the spore print is white (I’m shure it is) and you found the mushroom in the beech wood, it is most likely Russula mairei. Is a very common Russula in German beech woods. If you peel off the skin of the cap the underlying flesh should be pink.
