HABITAT high elevation spruce-fir forest on northeast slope; SUBSTRATE Picea bark; ASPECT partly sunny; NOTES ascending/loose, small well-branched lobes, strongly maculate, epruinose, schizidia flaking off surface before becoming opustulate, strongly long-ciliate, pustulate-sorediate only in age in the center where it becomes wrinkly, C+o, KC+o.
