Notes:
White, short-stalked, funnel-shaped in maturity, on the ground in Acadian forest.

Looks like Clitocybe, Russula brevipes or related, or Lactarius. Didn’t check for latex (dammit).

Recognized by sight: I think I see latex in the last photo. It also just looks like a Lactarius, probably one of the hot ones.
