Observation 11230: Leccinum subglabripes (Peck) Singer

When: 2008-09-15

Collection location: Forest near Elgin St., Pembroke, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]

Who: Paul Derbyshire (Twizzler)

No specimen available

Notes:
Brownish cap and lower stem, but lemon-yellow pores. Found near a previous find thought to be Retiboletus ornatipes or Boletus subglabripes (obs. 11063), so this might be that species.
