Observation 11498: Agaricales sensu lato

When: 2008-09-21

Collection location: Forest near Elgin St., Pembroke, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]

Who: Paul Derbyshire (Twizzler)

No specimen available

These little white mushrooms were positively tiny — only two or three mm wide, usually — and were growing in the damp, shaded, mossy space under the curve of a fallen tree branch. They did not appear to be growing from wood, though.
