Notes:
foliose lichen, on bright exposed dogwood bark along canal (Piscidia piscipula)
THALLUS: light gray, not spotted, lobes confluent w/ fan-shaped tips, closely appressed, flat to v subtly convex at edges, to 1 mm wide, black and smooth below (no rhizines), soredia in little semi-globose soralia scattered in center
MEDULLA: white
APOTHECIA: none
