Observation 11674: Lichen P. Micheli

When: 2008-09-29

Collection location: Southeast Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon, USA [Click for map]

Who: Daniel B. Wheeler (Tuberale)

No specimen available

This photo was not meant to capture a plethora of lichens, but it did. There is a leafy frondulose lichen in the center of the picture that was the intent. There are also: a tiny yellowish cup lichens scattered everywhere; a brownish crust-like lichen on the left; a whitish crustulose lichen above, and yet another grayish-white tiny lichen with black background (I turned one over) just above. Then too there are the too numerous tiny lichens on the bark which tend to give it a grayish-green texture overall.
