THALLUS: fine radiating lobes, even medium olive brownish green, flat, lobes to 1 mm wide, v dense mass of tangled short black squarrose rhizines below making conspicuous black fringe seen from above, soredia in pustules along some margins and occ. in center of lobes, K-, C-
MEDULLA: vivid striking orange, K+ black (v dark wine red), C-
ALGAE: green

No mistaking that medulla pigment!
