a pale tan/pinkish color? (Then again, skin comes in other colors too, including yellowish, bright white, various browns from mocha to chocolate, and even jet black.)

skinny Color ?

In middle Europe Clitocybe Maxima has colour of skin – you can see it on my picture …

Shape is the same, and also the size, but colour; In Europe Clitocybe Maxima has skiny colour (colour of skin) – not so white as it seems on your pictures …
