Solitary on a lawn. Recognized pale tan, slightly umbolate pileus with grass and debris stuck to it, suggesting viscidity. 3.4 cm across. Gills attached, pale tan. Stipe white, solid, granular at apex and 6.3cm tall, 6mm at apex. Smells like radish. Spores pale brown and almond shaped.
