Observation 12106: Candelaria

When: 2008-10-05

Collection location: Southeast Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon, USA [Click for map]

Who: Daniel B. Wheeler (Tuberale)

No specimen available

Notes:
Don’t know many lichens, yet. But Candelaria appears to be one of the most common microlichens in my area, and distinctively yellowish-green in coloration, appears crenulated (wrinkled). Observed this on Acer macrophyllum and Quercus palustra.
