Notes:
Found on dead tree about 6 feet off the ground. Sessile. Soft fleshed. Has hairlike spines like a soft dense brush? Similar to Hedgehog mushroom. Soft to the touch. Pieces seem to grow into each other in layers generally from one attachment.Possibly Climacodon Septentrionale
