I find this hard to key out, probably because the cap color may not be true, due to a possible recent freeze. Cap currently white to pale pine (mostly), with tawny brown spots or fibrils, and some yellow-brown; 3-4 inches wide, viscid. Gills very light pink or pink-tinted, with darker reddish-brown spots especially near the stipe; latex abundantly white, not changing color quickly. Stipe: fairly thick, 3/4 to 1 inch, with dark brown stains/patches on an otherwise pure white base; many more brownish patches near stipe than at base of stipe.
