These specimens did not glow nearly as brightly as others I’ve run across, and, as you can tell from the photo, some of the mushrooms failed to glow at all. My camera has a max exposure time of 15 seconds. This photo was taken with a borrowed camera that will let you keep the aperture open indefinitely. I don’t remember what the ISO setting was, but it was the highest setting. Two minute exposure, F-stop 2.8, high ISO.
I managed to get a photo of brighter specimens a few years ago.
