Another display fruiting of the Cultivation Group of the Oregon Mycological Society. This was likely grown on either Oregon White oak or Red alder sawdust, enriched with rice hulls. I believe it was available for sale, since I was able to purchase 2 other “space bags” of Lentinula edodes for my personal consumption.
