There are only two inky-caps in the Bonnier 2003 guidebook that I used to identify this, and it is definitely more like C comatus than C atramentarius. It has scaly cap, slightly brownish in the centre of the cap, and the foot is a little bit thicker at the base. It grows on grass near a path.
