Notes:
Cape 2.5-3.5 inches across the cap, umbonate, margin striate, slimy; stipe 4 inches long, with minimal white mycelium attached at base and linearly striate, some some white fibrils at base of stipe; gills soft doe-brown, with suede-like consistency.
