Is completely different. Even if you consider another species than velutipes this does not even come close. It is almost certain a Gymnopus or something else in the Marasmiaceae in old sense.

G. brassicolens is out of question, since is quite common here, is different (not so consistent) and smell very badly.

think it’s Flammulina? I would have guessed Gymnopus (former Marasmius). Don’t know which one though. G. brassicolens is an option if it smells bad..
