Coprinellus seems like its not always deliquescent, but maybe this could of just dried out before it became so? I think the only other choice is Parasola, but I don’t feel too confident saying one or the other without seeing microscopy…

This helps id inky caps.

Edit: If that is a granular veil on the cap surface, I think this is Coprinellus, but the focus leaves me wondering.
