Notes:
These specimens have greenish-yellow inside, redish-brown rough warted outside. There was no color change with iodine staining.

I used H20. I did a iodine stain then a water rinse and then H2O mount on the later images, to check for color change.

What did you mount these in? You should always make a water mount for cup fungi like this to check for things like guttules which can disappear in KOH.

You can use piximetre to add scale bars and measure spores.
