White to pale buff, decurrent.

Stipe:
22mm in length, 3mm diameter, tan to khaki colored, smooth texture, hollow.

Cap:
30mm diameter, tan to khaki colored, smooth, starting plane becoming uplifted and wavy at the striate margin.
