Observation 138519: Agaricaceae Chevall.

Notes:
About 50mm across the very scaly cap. Stipe very fragile, thin walled, hollow. Approx 90mm tall. Growing apparently from soil very black mulch of mostly eucalyptus leaves in dark, wet, tall rainforest.
