When: 2008-11-14

Collection location: Larch Mountain, Multnomah Co., Oregon, USA [Click for map]

Who: Daniel B. Wheeler (Tuberale)

No specimen available

Notes:
About the only thing I recognize about this mushrooms is a 4-inch long white stipe, White cap 2 inches across, with odd elevations, cracked at one spot; gills translucent white, broadly spaced, forking at over 45 degrees from each other. Doesn’t look much like any other mushroom I’ve seen before.
