Most of the gills had dehydrated and only one photo showed the fresh, still plump gill color (white to cream-tinted), so put that as first photo. Clustered under a rock, some scales on stipe on some specimens, but not on all. Cap has fibrils, which is unusual for Lyophyllum in my experience. I brought this specimen home for drying, so a collection is available.

I could find only 1 previous specimen of Lyophyllum fumosum from the PNW, though there are a few from California. See here
