This could well be 2 different lichens, one of which is overtaking the other. There is a very crustose blackish lichen with red highlights that looks nearly similar to the andecite it is growing on. There there is the white scattered, sand-like lichen interspersed among it. If you look closely in the upper center of the 2nd photo (partially corrupted) you should see some reddish cups, that I think are associated with the reddish-black lichen. The more I look at lichens, the more amazed I am at the diversity, and multiple species inhabiting nearly every possible older surface.
